FAQ
Yes! We offer immediate order cancellation between 24 and 48 hours of your order being placed.
Your order will be cancelled and refunded in full as soon as we get your request, so long as the order has not shipped out yet.
If you would still like a refund once your order has been shipped out, you will have to initiate our standard returns process.
Our return policy is effective for 30 days from the time your order is delivered.

Primarily we ship out from our warehouse in Australia but we also do have fulfilment and distribution centers in the United States, Eastern Asia and Western Europe.
If the item you've purchased is out of inventory in your nearest location, we'll send it directly from one of our alternate warehouses. Don't worry, this won't affect delivery estimates as stated in our shipping section.
Depending on the items you have ordered and our current stock at different locations, they may have been shipped out from a different warehouse.
We fully guarantee and ensure that your package will arrive; if you find that your package has NOT arrived as per the timeline outlined on our Shipping FAQ page, please Contact Us and we’ll get you sorted!
Calming Beds
The ultra soft FAUX fur provides a calming safe space for your pup to relax in. The raised rim allows them to nestle in providing a safe, calming effect

Machine and Dryer Safe (Machine wash, gentle cycle. Tumble dry, low heat)

We use a range of pet safe fabrics and materials for all of our beds, these include cotton, nylon and microfibres. These beds are not fire resistant.
Buddies Beds are only available on our online store. We sell directly to our customers to keep the prices as low as we can

As we vacuum seal our beds to best protect them during transport, they can compress. If this is the case, please follow these steps:
🐾 After opening your package, give the bed a good shake to restore it to its original shape and fluffiness.
🐾 With your fingers, pull the fibres apart on the outer rim of the bed to open them up.(Optional) To open the fibres up further, throw the bed in the dryer for 10 minute. Tumble dry, low heat.
🐾 You may have to let it sit for up to 24 hours to allow the calming bed to restore to its original shape.
